Speed DNS is a simple tool to help you test the resolution speed of your DNS server.  You can either enter in a list of domain names you want to test or you can parse a text file that is filled with a bunch of E-Mail address that will then pull the DNS names.

Speed DNS uses a high resolution timer to calculate down to the fraction of a second how long it takes to lookup a domain name. With a good sampling of domain names you can get a good idea the level of performance you can expect from your DNS servers.  There is a small list of domains in the sample data option but we suggest using something with more records to really test your server.  A good test results will also include domain names that also don't exist so you can test the performance of bad names.
